Wilson's vocal studio is personally endorsed by his mentor, the world-famous Seth Riggs, who has taught many of entertainment’s premier personalities, including Stevie Wonder, Barbra Streisand, Ray Charles, Michael Jackson and Natalie Cole.
He holds a degree in classical vocal performance and ethnomusicology from UCLA. His teaching is enriched by his experience in many vocal styles, including R&B, soul, jazz, and classical. Kalil is a faculty member at the California Jazz Conservatory and is a visiting professor and 'curator of jazz' at the Jazz & Music School, St. Petersburg, Russia.
